Pulaski, Tenn. - The #3 ranked University of Tennessee Southern continued their defensive dominance and notched another shutout win over the Bethel Wildcats (3-5, 1-3 MSC) 6-0 on Saturday.

Ido finished her brace in the 14th minute of the helper from Amang. The Firehawks recorded nine shots in the first half and denied the Wildcats a opportunity to take a shot.

In the second half, Amang would secure her brace off assists from Sara Casey and Watari (2). Keepers Gabby Kennedy and Brooke Shavers shared the shutout. The Firehawks would have a 27-2 shot advantage.

Coach Will Austin praised his teams effort, "Excellent effort tonight from the whole squad as rivalry games are never easy. It was good to see 22 people on the pitch again for us, and we continued to maintain a high level of performance. Our forwards were tough defenders today, and our defenders continued to acquire assists. Today was a true team effort."
