HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The University of Tennessee Southern women's golf squad finished 8th in the Carey Collegiate Fall Classic at Canebrake Club on Tuesday.

Dalton State paced the field with rounds of 293, 301 and a final round of 300, while Sydney Hermann, from Dalton State, captured the top podium spot with rounds of 67, 73, and 74 (-2).

Iona Pollitt was the top UT Southern finisher in 11th position. Pollitt fired rounds of 69, 75, and 82 (+10).
