Firehawks Off to a Blazing Start in 2022
VONORE, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee Southern women's golf opened their season on a high note with a strong runner-up finish in the Tennessee Wesleyan Invitational held at The Links at Kahite.
Milligan University led the field with a score of 613 (+37), while Shelsea Vera, of Bethel, captured the top podium spot with a 146 (+2) scorecard.
Iona Pollitt led the Firehawk effort earning a 6th-place finish shooting a 157 (+13). UTS began day two in the third position and improved to the second spot turning in a 639 (+63).
