GEORGETOWN, Ky. – The University of Tennessee Southern softball team dropped the first game of the weekend series with Georgetown by the count of 2-0 on Saturday. UTS suffered their first Mid-South Conference loss falling to 4-6 (0-1) on the year.
SCORING RECAP
Georgetown would plate a run in both the first and third innings to hang on for the win.
Kamryn Murdock would get the start tossing six innings allowing a single earned run on five hits.

The Firehawks will conclude the weekend set with Georgetown tomorrow, March 5. The first pitch is scheduled for 12 pm.
