MOBILE, Ala. – The University of Tennessee Southern men's soccer fell behind 2-nil in the first half and couldn't overcome the first half deficit in a 3-nil decision to #11 Mobile on Saturday.  

#11 Mobile (4-2-2, 3-0-1) scored in the 7th and 42nd minutes in the opening half. The Rams led in shots at the half 10-2.

In the second half, UT Southern (5-3-1, 0-2-1) would get eight shots off but couldn't find the net. The Rams would tack on a goal in the final two minutes to remain undefeated in SSAC play. Mobile would lead in shots 21-10 and hold an 11-4 shot on goal margin.

Ajay Murray (5-3-1) recorded eight saves and allowed three goals.

NEXT UP

The Firehawks will host Point at Grissom Pitch on Thursday, September 29. The SSAC match will kickoff at 6:30 p.m.
