Weather Plays Havoc on BMC Spring Invitational, Firehawks Finish Eighth

WEST POINT, Miss. – The University of Tennessee Southern men's golf finished eighth in the BMC Spring Invite held at Mossy Oak Golf Course on Monday. The event was moved from Old Waverly Golf Club due to the threat of inclement weather. The 54-hole event was shortened to 36-holes after heavy rains entered the area late Monday night.

Dalton State led the field with a score of 589 (+11), while Jacob Joseph, of Point, took the top podium spot with a 141 (-3) scorecard.

Jacob Wilson led the Firehawk effort firing a two-round score of 150 and finishing 14th.
