Ben Rickett, Dalton State Head Coach: "It is always an honor being voted the top of the conference in the preseason, but also understand that a shot hasn't been hit yet either. There is a long time between now and April, and also with the addition to our conference, repeating in this league has only got harder. We will get to work this fall and put ourselves in the best position we can to repeat as SSAC Champions."

SSAC Championship

All nine SSAC women's golf teams will compete in the 2024 SSAC Women's Golf Championship April 22-24 at RTJ Cambrian Ridge in Greenville, Ala.

·      UT Southern and Point enter their first year of competition in the SSAC

·      Dalton State won the title last season and has claimed seven of the last eight, with Faulkner winning it all in 2022
