PULASKI, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee Southern men's basketball got back in the win column at the "CAC" in a 97-65 blitz over Wilberforce on Thursday.
Tad Sivley led the Firehawks with 16 points. Brady Brown pitched in 15. Kendall Wright added 13 points. Kavion Hancock contributed 12, and Adarion Hudson and Malik Tyson each scored 10.
UTS would score early and often holding a 49-29 advantage at the break. The second half was all Firehawks as they would cruise to a home win.
UTS would shoot 34 of 64 for 53% from the field. There would be two lead changes and no ties.
