Sivley Adds a Double-Double, Firehawks Tie-up Tigers

PULASKI, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee Southern men's basketball team showed out in front of a rowdy home crowd in a 92-52 drumming of Campbellsville on Thursday.

Four Firehawks scratched the scorebook with double figures in the game. Kavion Hancock led the way with 23 points. Brady Brown added 16 tallies. Tad Sivley pulled down 12 boards and netted 13 in a double-double effort. CJ Greer scored 11 off the bench. Adarion Hudson just missed a double-double with seven points and 10 assists.

The Firehawks took control early and never took their foot off the gas pedal leading 43-24 at the half. UTS would continue the torrid scoring pace adding 49 second-half points. The Firehawk defense held CU to an average of 16 points a half in the blowout.

UTS would shoot 37 of 56 for 57% from the field. There would be one lead change and one tie.

The Firehawks will continue MSC play by hosting Lindsey Wilson on Saturday, November 19th. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m.
