Firehawks Fly Past Blue Raiders

Pulaski, Tenn.- The University of Tennessee Southern men's basketball team improved to 6-1 in MSC play defeating Lindsey Wilson 61-59 win on Saturday.

"I've said it before, sometimes you've just got to find a way to win ugly," commented Coach Dugan Lyne. "Lindsey Wilson did a great job of dictating the pace and style of play of today's game. Adarion made some big plays down the stretch for us, and we were able to find a way to win. We look forward to getting back on the hardwood, and compete against life on Monday."

FIREHAWK FACTS

  • Two Firehawks recorded 10 points or more. Adarion Hudson 26, Kavion Hancock 13.
  • UTS pulled down 24 rebounds, but LWC controlled 29.
  • The Firehawks would record three steals and three blocks.

NUMBERS GAME
