Pulaski, Tenn.- The University of Tennessee Southern men's basketball team won their fourth in a row tonight with a 69-62 victory over Bethel.

"It was a battle tonight," Coach Dugan Lyne commented. "At times tonight we played well, but there were times we struggled to be consistent. We gutted it out tonight, and we found a way to win. I am proud of our guys for their effort tonight."

FIREHAWK FACTS

  • Four Firehawks recorded 10 points or more. Adarion Hudson 19, Mohamed ElGohary 14, Tad Sivley 12, Kavion Hancock 11.
  • UTS pulled down 28 rebounds, but Bethel controlled 34.
  • The Firehawks would record three blocks.
  • The Firehawks would start the game on a 14-0 run in the first six minutes.
  • UTS would own the final 1:11 of the match, piecing a 6-0 to improve to 9-3 (4-1).
