PULASKI, Tenn. - The University of Tennessee Southern and Director of Athletics Brandie Paul announced the hiring of Eli Christman as the new head coach of the clay target team. Christman will take the helm of a successful program that has brought home six national titles to Pulaski.
"I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to lead this program towards more successes," commented Christman. "I was fortunate to be a part of the Firehawk family as an athlete, but I am even more fortunate to fill the role of coach. Many faculty and staff members of this institution had a huge impact on who I am today. It is my honor to be part of such a great family and give back to what gave so much to me."
The Chattanooga, Tenn., native came to UTS/MMC as a student-athlete in 2017. He was a member of multiple national championships during his collegiate career. Christman also was a member of the Team USA National squad.
