-1963-1965: Martin College: Received Martin's first Athletic Scholarship-donated by Herschel & Lynn Greer; Men's Basketball Team Co-Captain; Starting center both years; averaged 8.6 ppg Freshman year; averaged 13.7 ppg Sophomore year; averaged 13.1 rebounds; helped lead team to two Dixie Conference Championships; "M" Club.
After Graduation
-1965-1967: Life after Martin College: Florence State (North State Alabama) Men's Basketball lead scorer and lead rebounder
-1967: Drafted into the Army and served in Korea
