- 1934-35: Martin Methodist softball team, tennis team, captain of the women's basketball team, Class President
- 1935-36: Martin Methodist "Most Athletic, captain of women's basketball, softball, and tennis teams, Miss Martin; Mississippi Valley All-Conference basketball team
- Helped basketball team to 14-0 record and Mississippi Valley Conference Championship
After Graduation
- Graduated from the University of Chattanooga
- Active in Church and Community Affairs
- Selected as Woman of the Year
- Retired as an outstanding elementary school teacher in Hamilton County
