- 1952-54: Martin College women's basketball team (25-8); Captain, 1953-54; Most Valuable Player, 1953-54; All-American, 1952; Led by "Wash," 1952-53 Team (14-3) lost only to national champion Hanes Hosiery Mills(twice) and runner-up Nashville Business College; Most Valuable Player; AAU United States All-Star Team; Winners of the First Women's Basketball World Tournament- Santiago, Chile, 1953

After Graduation

- 1951-52: All-State High school basketball team (TN-two years)

- 1952: City Singles Tennis Champion, Murfreesboro (TN)

- 1957: United States Basketball Team World Tournament- Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

- 1958: United States Basketball Team U.S.S.R. Tour (4-2)

- 1959: Gold Medal United States Basketball Team; Pan Am Games-Chicago, Illionois
