Bio

As a RedHawk

Jim Houlihan had a stellar career at Martin College, averaging 18.2 points per game during the 1964-65 season and 24.3 points in 1965-66. During his sophomore year at Martin, which was still a two-year college, he was the leading scorer in the Dixie Conference and set a school single-game scoring record of 41 points.
 
He also served as team captain of one of Martin's finest teams in history, leading the Indians to an 18-4 record, a Dixie Conference championship, and a National Junior College Athletic Association (NCJAA) ranking of eighth in the country. He made All-Dixie Conference and NCJAA All-Region. Houlihan graduated from Lambuth College in Jackson, Tenn., and is presently employed by Chicago Title Insurance of San Antonio.
