Bio

As a RedHawk

- 1964-65: Men's basketball team; Martin College's first All-American in any sport; Junior College All-American Basketball Team; Dixie Conference Championship Team; Set Martin records for 25.8 points per game, most free throws made in a season, most free throws in single game.

After Graduation

- 1965-67: Middle Tennessee State U. Basketball Team

- 1968-71: Coach, Woodbury High School, Tennessee; Restored winning basketball tradition

- 1971-1974: Coach, Battle Ground Academy, Tennessee; Led successive winning basketball teams

- 1974-76: Coach and instructor at Martin College; TJCAA Coach of the Year (1974-75)
Mentored successive winning basketball teams

- 1976: From Rookie of the year Field Manager to Divisional Vice President QSP, Inc, a Reader's Digest Subsidiary

- 1990:  Inducted into Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame
